Our council is proud to support a network of local early childhood education centers that provide nurturing, high‑quality care and learning for children ages birth to 5. These centers are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment where every child can grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively. Together, we partner with families to build strong foundations for lifelong learning and development.

    Tutor Time of West Haven is proud to be a member of the West Haven Early Childhood Council. Tutor Time offers Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Age programs. Our age-appropriate programs provide high-quality early education in a nurturing environment. We are proud to be accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

    Kiddie Tech University (KTU), founded in 2007, offers a unique learning experience for children ages 3-5, combining technology with traditional subjects like reading, writing, math, music, and science. Our low staff-to-child ratios ensure individualized attention in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can explore and develop both academically and socially. At KTU, we strive to provide high-quality care that gives parents confidence their child is supported, engaged, and prepared for future success.
